How do I?

PLACE AN ORDER Preferably by email with all your requirements clearly laid out specifying any important criteria fitting options/quantities et cetera. Orders not really taken over the telephone due to possible misundertanding leading to errors! Clear instructions are required please. New accounts are welcomed however orders are treated on a proforma invoice basis with payment advance required.

What artwork formats are acceptable?

Preferred formats Jpeg, EPS, PDF and any vector file. Depending on the print process for printing of logos will dictate the artwork format that is required. High resolution jpeg images are suitable in most cases for most processes however from time to time a vector image file is required particular for ‘screen-printed’ badges, nameplates & signs. Due to possible misundertanding which then can lead to errors! Clear instructions required and sending via emails which can be referred to time and time again reducing these risks. If you would like to send us your order by fax then no problem as long as everything is clearly written.

How do I send my company logo and other details?

Logos sent by email together with Pantone colour references for spot colours. Text for names & titles required either in an Excel spreadsheet or tab file. Please advise of any specific font styles that are required. A proof can normally be provided on request.

The print quality can depend on the quality of the atwork provided
